  • Coordination of offsite repair

Support staff allocate five minutes to a device. Chromebooks will be restored to factory default settings. All student files stored on Google Drive will remain accessible. Any files saved directly to the Chromebook that have not been synced to Google Drive will not be able to be restored.

Chromebook Repair

If a Chromebook is in need of repair, the student will need to bring it to the Chromebook Repair Center. An online technical support form will be completed by the school’s repair liaison.
