Families

• Authorization to Administer Medication Form - This file must be completed and turned in by a parent for any student needing to take medication during the school day.
• Criminal Background Check - District criminal background check for parents volunteers.
• After-School Activity Permission Slip - This file needs to be filled out and turned in at school in order for students to stay after school for one of our various clubs/activities.

Drop Off

Please pull into the parking lot and stop at the athletic doors. Have your child exit onto the sidewalk. All east side building entrance doors will be unlocked for entry. Continue pulling around the loop to exit back onto Walnut Lake Road.

Pick Up

Please pull into the parking lot and drive all the way around the loop as far as you can go. The sidewalk was extended down the whole length of the loop. Your child will walk along the sidewalk to get to your car. Continue to pull forward to exit onto Walnut Lake Road.
