Dear Walnut Creek Community, 

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the Principal of Walnut Creek Middle School. We are looking forward to another fantastic school year focused on safety, high achievement, and our Hawk P.R.I.D.E Habits for our students at Creek. 

First and foremost, the safety and well being of our students are of utmost importance to me. I strongly believe that students can thrive academically and personally when they feel safe and supported within their learning environment. I am committed to maintaining a secure, safe, and nurturing environment at Creek. As a parent of two WLCSD students myself, I fully understand the concerns that all parents have regarding safety, and I am committed to always ensuring that all students can flourish and reach their full potential at Creek. 

Equally vital to our success is the pursuit of student achievement. I am deeply committed to providing our students with the best educational opportunities and resources available, ensuring that they receive a well-rounded and comprehensive education. Walnut Creek is highly focused on our achievement data, and implementing systems to support students that are struggling, and providing opportunities to stretch our highest achieving students. Together with our exceptional staff, we will strive to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for learning.
